YOGA

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

TRX

The ultimate in small group training utilising one of the most versatile pieces of equipment known in the gym environment.  Total body suspension training, harnessing the power of your own body weight. Make your body your machine

BODYWEIGHT

Featuring a series of strength training exercises using your own weight. Bodyweight training utilises many joints and muscles helping you build muscle and burn fat. Whether you’re a novice or a pro the same rules apply, It’s you vs gravity!

CORE

Improve posture, boost workout efficiency and reduce your risk of injuries, develop your core muscles and the strength in your lower back and abdomen.

STRETCH

Release tight muscles, improve posture and  circulation, relax and feel better, with this stretch specific class. Our carefully formulated protocols are designed increase your mobility and flexibility to make you more of an (City) Athlete.

RIG

High intensity functional training, using our state of the art T2 Octagon. A mixture of explosive and metabolic conditioning designed to work your muscles heart and soul.

BROGA

Strong, energetic, and challenging, Broga combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout. You’ll get that pumped-up feeling you get from working out and a deep flexibility and relaxation feeling from within.
