YOGA

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

CORE

Improve posture, boost workout efficiency and reduce your risk of injuries, develop your core muscles and the strength in your lower back and abdomen.

TABATA

Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20 seconds on, 10-seconds-off interval. It may only take four minutes to complete a Tabata circuit, but those four minutes may well push your body to its absolute limit.

HIIT & RUN

A high intensity workout to shock the body via innovative exercises based around functional training to target all areas. Perfect for those looking for the complete combination of conditioning and endurance in one session. A great way to elevate the heartrate and get a good pump at the same time. Prepare to be shocked!

KETTLEBELLS

Featuring a series of strength training exercises using a combination of your Bodyweight and Kettlebells. This style of training utilises many joints and muscles helping you build muscle and burn fat.

STRETCH

Release tight muscles, improve posture and  circulation, relax and feel better, with this stretch specific class. Our carefully formulated protocols are designed increase your mobility and flexibility to make you more of an (City) Athlete.

BROGA

Strong, energetic, and challenging, Broga combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout. You’ll get that pumped-up feeling you get from working out and a deep flexibility and relaxation feeling from within.
